This page explains what information the timarelo.com website handles. The site is operated by FramtidR, LLC, Houston, Texas, USA.
This website does not set any cookies. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. That is why no cookie banner is shown: there is nothing to accept.
When you choose a language, the site saves your choice in your browser's local storage under the name timarelo_lang. This value stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
If you send the contact form, the data you enter (name, company, email, message) is transmitted through the form service Web3Forms and delivered to our mailbox. We use it only to answer your request. We do not share it and we do not sell it. If you want your messages deleted, write to us.
Reports about possible security problems in the Timarelo application can be sent to the security address shown below. We use the report only to investigate and correct the problem, and we confirm receipt. Security corrections are supplied free of charge as a new download through the normal update path.
To display the page, your browser loads fonts and script libraries from public content networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, jQuery). When your browser requests those files, it sends your IP address to those servers, as with any web request. We do not control those services.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for the security and operation of the server. These logs are not used to identify visitors.
